Vascular Lesions (Redness)

Vascular lesions on the face are characterized by red spots or capillary damage, which lead to a more flushed appearance. This is a common symptom of aging and sun damaged skin. As the skin ages and is exposed to the sun’s harmful rays, broken capillaries and red spots can appear as the sun damages the capillary walls in the skin, causing them to burst. Sensitivity and rosacea are other reasons that there may be vascular dysfunction.
At Dermis Advanced Skin Care, we offer several treatments for vascular concerns. The choice and frequency of treatment depends on the size, location, depth, and extent of the lesion, as well as on the skin type of the client. Treatments we offer include laser, chemical peels, and medical aesthetic facials. It is important to follow these appointments with daily sun protection to prevent any further vascular damage. A consultation with one of our skin therapists will determine the optimal treatment plan for you.

Come in for a consultation and see what a positive difference treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions can make for you.
